Refund policy
At LaBaron’s Pink Store, we want every customer to leave happy. Due to the nature of our products and state regulations, please review our return policy below:
Alcohol (Beer, Wine, Liquor)
Due to Michigan law, all alcohol sales are final.
We may only accept returns or exchanges on alcoholic beverages if:
- The product is spoiled or contaminated, or
- The container is damaged or defective
In these cases, the product may be exchanged or refunded with a receipt.
Non-Alcoholic Items (Snacks, Beverages, Convenience Items)
- Returns are accepted within the same day of purchase
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- A valid receipt is required
Gasoline & Fuel Sales
- All fuel sales are final
- If there is an issue (pump malfunction, etc.), please notify staff immediately at the time of purchase
Tobacco & Specialty Items
- All sales are final
- No returns or exchanges allowed
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- The wrong item, or
- A defective product
Please bring it back with your receipt, and we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund at our discretion
Bottle Returns (Michigan Deposit Law)
We accept eligible returnable containers in accordance with Michigan’s 10¢ bottle deposit law:
- Containers must be clean and originally sold in Michigan
- Daily $5.00 return limits apply
General Policy Notes
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Management reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy guidelines
