Refund policy

At LaBaron’s Pink Store, we want every customer to leave happy. Due to the nature of our products and state regulations, please review our return policy below:

Alcohol (Beer, Wine, Liquor)

Due to Michigan law, all alcohol sales are final.

We may only accept returns or exchanges on alcoholic beverages if:

  • The product is spoiled or contaminated, or
  • The container is damaged or defective

In these cases, the product may be exchanged or refunded with a receipt.


Non-Alcoholic Items (Snacks, Beverages, Convenience Items)

  • Returns are accepted within the same day of purchase
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • A valid receipt is required

Gasoline & Fuel Sales

  • All fuel sales are final
  • If there is an issue (pump malfunction, etc.), please notify staff immediately at the time of purchase

Tobacco & Specialty Items

  • All sales are final
  • No returns or exchanges allowed

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item, or
  • A defective product

Please bring it back with your receipt, and we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund at our discretion

Bottle Returns (Michigan Deposit Law)

We accept eligible returnable containers in accordance with Michigan’s 10¢ bottle deposit law:

  • Containers must be clean and originally sold in Michigan
  • Daily $5.00 return limits apply

General Policy Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
  • Management reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy guidelines
